Who is eligible to live in the Independent Living Program?
Our program is designed for seniors, veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness (with verified income), domestic violence survivors, and returning citizens transitioning from jail or prison.
What is the cost of housing and what does it include?
Housing starts at $750 per month and includes shared, fully furnished rooms, all utilities, and access to a drug and alcohol-free supportive community.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept SSI, SSDI, and Private Pay options. Each resident must have verified income to qualify.
Is this a temporary shelter or long-term housing?
We provide month-to-month shared housing, offering residents stability and a safe place to transition into long-term independence.
Is there staff or support provided on-site?
Yes, we provide structured support, enforce house rules, and maintain a safe, stable, and supportive living environment for all residents.
